It can be a lot of difficulty to implement it well, and because the focus of the game is the narrative it can take away from the immersive story telling. For example the MC's blonde hair is important, the MC's penis size might change as he is subject to chastity or magic, rather than customizing it yourself you're choosing the storylines that you like the most for how you want the MC to end up.
There isn't a free demo unfortunately. In the future as we get closer to a finished product this release might become free, but purchasing now gives you access to all updates.
After him defending slavery, including saying that the game, in which a bisexual succubus helps a thinly fictionalized version of a real slavery survivor who fought back, is a "Leftist wet dream" it's safe to say that anything he is against is probably excellent. I will be sure to check it this game because of his words.
He loves games where he cheats on women but throws a shitfest if any girl does anything with anyone..... Gee I wonder why someone would feel so strongly about those? Maybe it has something to do with him playing games to escape his reality rather than ones that reflect his reality.....
I'm not sure what you mean by the second question, but we're working on getting the first version out soon, yes. The longest part of these projects is getting the first part together because it includes all the art you're going to be using for the whole project, like character expressions and backgrounds.
Depending on the success of the first game, we'd love to keep making more. The way that the world is built gives us opportunity to tell similar stories with different characters, and that might be how it goes. We poll our Patrons a lot about what they want to see, so it might be guided by that too.
we are currently focused on creating content for our Patrons, which gives them the opportunity to get involved in the production process, and while we complete the art. It does slow us down a little, but it means you get to see the whole journey.
We're also still trying to gauge how much content to put into the first release, having to balance and earlier release versus amount of content in it. It's really tough to give a good estimate, but at the least as a patron you can get a feel for how quickly things are being completed, and also participate!

We're looking at making a few games in the series, rather than one huge game, which will give us opportunities for stuff like this in the future!

That's the current plan. We're going to have the demo live on Patreon first, because getting it onto steam will take a bit of set up.

Out of curiosity, is this planned to have multiple endings?
Storylines currently have 6 different endings planned, with potential for more depending on how things go
